PT Metrodata Electronics, Tbk.

PT Metrodata Electronics, Tbk. has a USD 9.000 credit on IBM Cloud as a Gold Business Partner.

Our understading is the USD 9.000 is for the whole year, this is the first time i hear USD 9.000 is monthly.

The expired date is there, but the word "lifetime credit", usually means "forever" in the market here... Just like "lifetime warranty".

We still also don't understand the meaning of Applied credit.

In addition to that, there seems to be UI problem problem here. I have check with local IBM that handles IBM cloud business and using his laptop to check my portal, and it shows similar picture. We really can't see the remaining credit using his laptop.

This concern us as Gold partner of IBM that asked as few initial IBM partner to drive IBM Cloud business.

We are worried that this experience may happen to see our customer as well later on, if there is issue like this.

1 year ago, we actually had extra charge as well, and we paid the overcharge because we didn't apply the credit. But this time, I believe IBM also had issues in the system that caused us misunderstand the information.
