add a REST Client to online IDE JazzHub

HI I would like to make a request to have a REST client added to the online IDE in the DevOps service so while editing your code you can have live edit on and test your service while within the same IDE workspace. Also as the user is already logged in via there Bluemix account the REST client could already have the OAUTH token or user name password filled in . The would let developer stay within the workspace and edit and test. I have a built in REST within my current IDE and that is the only thing I miss when coding .

It also saves time so I don't have to keep switching to my terminal or other app and when using in memory db after restart on the terminal I would need to create auth token / users etc via terminal.

Hope others will find use of this feature which I think they will. :)
