Bluemix API management conflict with Apache Oltu

I have registered one Oauth2 server written by Apache Oltu on Bluemix API Management. However, it seems that the Bluemix API Management service conflicts with Apache Oltu.

For the API:

https://api.apim.ibmcloud.com/henrydemo-demo/sb/authorize?client_id=c1ebe466-1cdc-4bd3-ab69-77c3561b9dee&response_type=code&redirect_uri=http://demo-oauth-client.mybluemix.net/oauth2-login

client_id is for Apache Oltu but APIM uses it for APIM ,causes the following error :

{ "error": "invalid_client", "error_description": "client_id invalid" }

Can Bluemix improve this? Perhaps use something like bluemix_client_id and bluemix_client_security ?

Here is Oltu: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/oltu/trunk/oauth-2.0/common/src/main/java/org/apache/oltu/oauth2/common/OAuth.java

here is question in DW:https://developer.ibm.com/answers/questions/256199/bluemix-api-management-conflict-with-apache-oltu.html
