Default OpenShift version for `ibmcloud oc cluster create`

Clusters created from the web ui OpenShift panel default to the "default" OpenShift version. But the cli defaults `ibmcloud oc cluster create` created clusters to vanilla k8s versions as though they were created through the ibmcloud ks cluster create command. This behavior is unexpected and appears contrary to the documentation, web ui, and the labeling of a version as default for OpenShift.

Please change the cluster creation for the oc command to default to the default OpenShift version. Or, please warn in the cli help, versions listing, and documentation that the `ibmcloud oc` command will default to non-openshift versions and the resulting cluster will be visible under "Kubernetes" instead of "OpenShift" in the web ui.

Thank you for closely reading this! Yes, I agree it appears to be a defect. I have a support ticket and they had suggested I post the issue as an idea, here. I'll ask if the support case can be reviewed as a possible bug.

Hello and thank you for your submission ! Upon a closer read of this requirement we think it may be a defect - have you tried submitting a support ticket ?

    Thanks !
