Ability to specify and monitor affinity when creating storage volumes on PowerVS

Requesting the ability to specifiy affinity (Controller) when provisioning PowerVS Storage volumes. This would also require that the affinity of existing volumes is displayed in Storage volume properties.

This will resolve problem caused by current design when Storage for a new VM is randomly assigned to one affinity group (controller). This means that in future you may (or may not) be able to allocate existing storage volumes to this LPAR (VM).
