Add functionality to move a app to a different space.

Today there is no way to move an existing application from one space to another space using the Bluemix UI. Instead you have to redeploy your application using the CLI to a new space. This task, while it seems simple enough, can be a bit challenging if you are using IBM Dev Ops Service and don't normally download the code to your laptop.

I understand that it can be done today, but it would be really nice to have a way to move the app using the Bluemix UI.

The Cloud Foundry organization provided a workaround for this without using `cf push` - but they don't currently support physically moving the app. https://github.com/cloudfoundry/cli/issues/1498
