Support Ticket Filter Options

It is very difficult finding old tickets in the new IBM support portal. As it currently stands, there is only a search field and filter by status. The old softlayer portal and the "view archived cases" has a much more robust filter option which I used all the time. Since the switch, I (and others at my company), are having difficulty finding older tickets and always resorting back to email.

    All of the SL filters are helpful. Especially filtering by username. I attached a screenshot.
