Stop recommending a Java applet for KVM access

Java applets have been banned by most browsers for several years. Getting one running is enormously difficult. Yet the KVM for your VSIs (which runs bog-standard unencrypted VNC) still pushes the use of a Java applet and someone has to dig through the HTML source to extract the IP address, port, and password of the KVM.

Something on the KVM dialog box which just said "to connect, use any standard VNC viewer to connect to {host}:{port} with password {password}, or if you can't figure out how to install a VNC client but somehow still have Internet Explorer 7 and Java 6 on your machine, click here to load the terribly-insecure Java applet" would be fine.
