Subscriptions are not something we can easily view in Amplitude. One of the big use cases we have is to identify subscription accounts who are NOT using their subscription and engage with them to help them get usage. This is helpful for Sales and CSM's.
Many subscriptions that we have are entered by the project office on the back end. Therefor, we do not appear to have an event fire in Amplitude when these are created. If we had this, we could then run queries in Amplitude to look at Subscription without usage.
Some key things we would need include
the one thing I'm not sure how to account for is the fact Subscriptions have multiple terms tied to them...But the goal should be to help us at a minimum define which subscriptions have been activated. from there we can answer questions like
