10GB Direct Link Cloud Exchange in Ashburn and Chicago POPs

Customer needs 10GB Direct Link Cloud Exchange in Ashburn and Chicago POPs in order to link their hybrid cloud model with other Cloud Exchange providers such as AWS and Azure.  Currently we only offer 1GB Direct Link Cloud Exchange and customer needs 10GB throughput.

    We no longer support 10Gbps Direct Link Exchange connections. The maximum port speed for Exchange is 1Gbps. Faster port speeds are available via dedicated connections

    This is specifically for Macy's and then need this to get connected to GCP.  We need a timeline so that we can communicate back to the client
