This would benefit the Watson business & others whose discounts do not automatically flow from SQO to BSS. Currently we have to submit a support ticket for every discount applied to every Watson part on a Cloud Platform subscription order. The ticket has to get reviewed by the Cloud Platform PPO & then routed via GitHub to the BSS team.... & then we wait. It would be much more efficient if the PPO could simply apply the already approved discounts themselves.
We have been told that discount at Service Level is on the 2019 Roadmap
