A trashcan for COS

Fluor Corporation:  Opportunity # TB-HD2S2H7 for $1.6M requires a trash can for Cloud Object Storage.  The idea is to have a setting on either the cluster, Object Storage Device or Bucket level where an admin can configure a trash can duration.  When objects are deleted using the S3 API then the object is moved into a trashcan for that period of time.  At the conclusion of that period of time then the object is permanently deleted.  They have the option to restore the object from the trashcan back to the COS bucket from which it was deleted.  The storage for the trashcan would be charged to the client in the same manner as the regular bucket storage.
