Http endpoint for external monitoring

We have had a networking problem in our side and our Bluemix apps have become unreachable.

We got monitoring alerts from the applications but we are not monitoring Bluemix itself so we would like to set up http monitors on our side so ni case of a failure in the platform we can know that something is happening and start the remediation as soon as possible.

We would need an URL that provides information that can be processed from a monitoring agent (a computer), but only have this page:
https://console.bluemix.net/status

We would like to have an end point where we can check the status of the services in JSON or plain HTML.
