Allow a user to define a different port than 9000 for communication between Sec. GW client and server

There are customer data centers which do not allow to use port 9000 outbound.  Those cannot use this sec. gw service.

    Please allow an option to use a different port as 9000 for client and server.  This port is a fixed number according to the service description (see below) and should be changeable in a customer environment.

    Please allow an option to use a different port as 9000 for client and server.  This port is a currently fixed.  Some customer data centers do not allow to use port 9000 outbound. Therefor it should be changeable in a customer environment.
