Mechanical Impulse, Force Generator

Today we have transport means with high energy consumption, polluting: from rockets to cars, ships, planes.
This paper tries to start solving these problems.

The proposed solution.
Developing the concept of Mechanical Impulse, Force Generator. It is used for propulsion of vehicles. This propulsion has great advantages over current means of transport.
The advantages, benefit of the wil be;
- consumption decreases 5..10 times
-no pollution
- very fast transportation from New York to Europe 25 minutes, travel time,
Earth -Month 3h, travel time,
-The knowledge in mechanics advances by discovering new forces used in this device

Desription

To drive a vehicle we need the force, the mechanical force.
We found that the IMPULS GENERATOR, abbreviation IG, is effective, economic and universal. Its cyclical
operation generates propulsion forces. It is a part of the mechanical induction.
Description:
We choose a mechanical configuration to highlight it.
A mass m, is free to move, without friction, radially across the radius. The movement starts at point A (rA=0.2m)
with an accelerated circular motion, e up to point B (rB=1m) at the pi/2 angle. From B has a decelerated motion, -
e, to C (rC= .2m) at the angle pi.
Then the movement reverses, symmetrically: from C to B, and returns to A. The mechanism is on a trolley, it moves
linearly in front or back.
At point B we have a spring that pushes back the mass, m at a velocity equal to the impact, towards the center of
rotation, so the impulse in B doubles; Is important: reduce "energy consumption".
Dynamic operation.
Movement is from 0 to pi/2. On time: t.
The mass m has a radial acceleration, a [m/s^2] and acceleration, e[rad/s^2] of rotation. We observe that the
carriage goes backward - he receives an impulse from the Coriolis forces and the tangential force. In B mass m
compresses the spring and the car gets a BIGGER IMPULSE FORWARD !! The bigger impulse is made by the
radial forces against the mass m. The car moves forward. From B to C the movement is reversed the previous one.
In C the movement stops then the cycle repeats itself.
With the described cyclical movements we get an acceleration of the car in the forward direction. In this way, we
have a "pulse generator" or a "force generator".
Why do we get this force? If we look in more detail, we notice that we have a "radial force" that adds to centrifugal
force.
WE ARE DISCOVERING: NEW FORCE, A radial force Fr = angular acceleration * radius * mass. Fr =e * r * m. (Do
not confuse with tangential force!). The acceleration form is ar=e*r.
This force "enriches our knowledge of nature and opens new horizons"! It is a radial force that accelerates the mass
m. It is a force we find in nature: from the cosmos to the atom.
It is an important breakthrough and can be used in different ways. One of them is the construction of the "impulse
generator".

What we need: human resources: a team for design, testing, measurements; material and financial resources to enhance this development.

I have been studying for over 30 years the possibility of universal transport and low consumption.
We have found a solution through calculations and theory.
We made some crude models that validated these propulsion.

The request is for further advancement: human resources: a team for design, testing, measurements, applications; material and financial resources to enhance this development.
The advantages for this development are enormous:
    -space transport. through the air
    - low consumption. non-polluting
    - the construction of roads and bridges is no longer necessary.
