Need to remove/lift CloudFoundry 2GB DISK (not memory) limit

CloudFoundry apps on Bluemix have a Maximum disk space of 2GB. We need this lifted. Note this is NOT memory, it's disk space.

Note as we use MeteorJS and include a bunch of 3rd party apps, this 2GB limit is somewhat out of our control. Even if we split the app into services the disk space used is mostly 3rd part applications.

We do not have this limitation on other platforms like AWS, please change this as it's stopping us from using BLuemix in this way

We are not able to adjust higher than 2 GB limit - this would incur much higher infrastructure costs due to having to support many apps with large disk requests.

And my engineers tell me this isn't the way a Cloud Native App in Cloud Foundry should behave, accessing extensive local disk - data should be stored in databases.

IBM Cloud can do this, with IBM Kubernetes Service or Red Hat OpenShift in IBM Cloud, but Cloud Foundry isn't meant to.
