Currently we are not able to import multiple SSL certs into Bluemix Custom Domain ourselves.  There is also no ability to view which certificates have been imported.

Did you review the BX CLI options?

$ bx app | grep domain
bx app - Manage Cloud Foundry applications and application related domains, routes and certificates
domain-cert              List certificate info for the specified domain
domain-cert-add          Add certificate to the specified domain in current organization
domain-cert-remove       Remove certificate from the specified domain in current organization
domains                  List domains in the current org
domain-create            Create a domain in an org for later use
       domain-delete            Delete a domain
shared-domain-create     Create a domain that can be used by all orgs
       shared-domain-delete     Delete a shared domain

You can load a cert for a custom CF domain:

    NAME:
domain-cert-add - Add certificate to the specified domain in current organization

    USAGE:
       bx app domain-cert-add DOMAIN -k PRIVATE_KEY_FILE -c CERT_FILE [-p PASSWORD] [-i INTERMEDIATE_CERT_FILE] [-t TRUST_STORE_FILE]

    OPTIONS:
-k value  Private key file location
       -c value  Certificate file location
-p value  Password for the certificate
-i value  Intermediate certificate file location
-t value  Trust store file location

You can review a cert loaded for a custom CF domain:

    NAME:
domain-cert - List certificate info for the specified domain

    USAGE:
       bx app domain-cert DOMAIN

Net: I think you get what you want if you use the BX CLI
