REST API for Bluemix user management

REST is an industry standard that many use for automation, including Cisco. Bluemix currently uses the cf API but our automation team at Cisco only supports REST or SOAP. The lack of a useful REST API for user management is impeding our adoption of the product because we can't automate our user management of it. And with as many users as we have, automation is a requirement (and it's even a requirement from our Infosec people). I believe you will find this a benefit for many of your larger corporation customers.

    Mass upload utility program or web application for IBM Cloud public;

    1. to invite users
    2. Add users to org

    3. Add org roles

    4. Add space and roles

    5. Add IAM access policies for resource group and resources

    6. Remove users

    7. Update users

    It would be good to see a utility tool to manage users, roles and account details for IBM cloud public. This is a must need for every new IBM client, planning or preparing themself to adopt IBM Cloud public.

    It would be good to see user, roles and account management utility from IBM Cloud team. Every IBM Cloud client need this and this is the first thing they ask when they plan and prepare themself for IBM Cloud
