Address Bluemix SSL interoperability issue with older WAS install base

Bluemix now requires SNI enabled SSL client to address a security vulnerability. SNI (Server Name Indication) is a new feature in SSL/TLS protocol to allow multiple SSL host names to be shared on a single IP endpoint address, which is fundamental to Bluemix connectivity.  This created a very significant adoption issue for hybrid integration for IBM traditional client base as older WAS runtimes (JRE 1.6 or lower) do not support SNI.  THERE IS A LOT of dated WAS our there, especially on Z.  Please don't redirect to JDK folks as this is seen as Bluemix gap by our clients and they just can't deploy WAS patches in time for Cloud projects
