We have a customer using Bluemix Dedicated that has stringent controls on the use of Bluemix Public due to Infosec requirements. The Dedicated users all have an IBM ID that allow them access to Bluemix Public for certain services. They are receiving marketing updates about services on Public that they cannot allow their users to access and this is causing confusion and irritation with the number of e-mails. We need a way to control which Bluemix Dedicated users receive these e-mails or provide a way to allow the customer to unsubscribe certain users from these e-mails.
