Ability to remove myself from an Org

Once I have been added to another person's account (organisation) I can't remove myself. I've reached a point where I have lots of orgs cluttering up my UI and CLI experience but can't remove myself from them. Add the ability for a user to remove their own access to things if required.

The right answer here is "available now" - if you use the BX CLI.

This command removes you from an org even if you are not the org manager:

     bx iam org-user-remove USER_NAME ORG [-f, --force]

It does not get you out of their account, but it clears that org from the list (cli) and the org/space selector in the UI.  Which is what most people want.

As we’re moving away from CF Orgs/Spaces - we’ll consider this requirement/usecase in our next generation of user management.

This issue is quite annoying, I'm member of many 6 orgs, that have been used by Trial user. The user can not login and remove me, and I got the list of all orgs, the I'm working in my user account.
