Enabling back v2 authorisation for Object Storage... At least for a while.

Given that StrongLoop hasn't yet added openstack v3 authorisation to its loopback-component-storage, which is now mandatory for Bluemix's Object Storage, it would be nice to have still have available the v2 authorisation method.

Although there are workarounds to this problem (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/34415631/bluemix-object-storage-node-js-pkgcloud-openstack-returns-401/34415632#34415632) it's been rather a pain to deploy this API with Loopback and very time consuming, which is the complete opposite expected effect of using an API framework with a service.

Also note the service still pretends to be v2 compatible.

    When sending a request like:
    curl -ki https://lon-identity.open.softlayer.com
the response still contains a reference to v2.0
